Outside the office, he enjoys cooking, swimming, hiking, and spending time with his French bulldog, Ava.

Kayla serves as Director of Operations across Limitless Dental® and Limitless On Demand, Dr. Nick’s continuing education platform for dentists. She brings a background in interior architecture and design and a leadership-minded, brand-focused approach across the team, leading operations, training, and the systems that keep every visit running smoothly. Together with Dr. Nick, Kayla is proud to lead and grow a family-owned business. Outside the office, she enjoys Friday night date nights with her husband and tending her perennial flower garden.

Treatment Coordinator
With 25 years in dentistry, Melissa serves as Treatment Coordinator at Limitless Dental®, committed to making sure every patient feels informed and at ease. She is known for taking the time to explain recommended treatment, answer questions, and discuss options, so patients feel comfortable before moving forward with their care. Outside the office, Melissa enjoys spending time with her two dogs and working out at the gym.

Lead Dental Assistant
With 11 years in dentistry, Karelia serves as Lead Dental Assistant at Limitless Dental®, bringing strong clinical expertise and steady leadership to the team. She helps keep the day running smoothly by staying organized, efficient, and focused on an exceptional patient experience. Outside of work, Karelia loves traveling with her husband, exploring new places, and never turning down a great cup of coffee.

With 9 years in dentistry, Emily earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from The Ohio State University and has been practicing dental hygiene since 2017. She is known for thorough, patient-centered care and a calm, welcoming approach that helps patients feel comfortable and understood. With advanced certifications in local anesthesia, nitrous oxide sedation, and laser therapy, Emily partners with each patient to create personalized preventive plans that support a healthy, confident smile.
