As with any procedure at Limitless Dental®, we will start with a simple conversation. We will discuss your medical history, dental concerns, and smile goals. We will conduct a complete exam to evaluate your current oral health, determine implant candidacy, and obtain digital diagnostics of your oral anatomy. With this information, we will craft a personalized treatment plan to take you from where you are to where you want to be.
Procedure
Utilizing your customized treatment plan, we’ll prep you for implant surgery. We’ll administer your choice of sedation to ensure you’re relaxed and comfortable and begin making small incisions to your gums. We’ll place 4-6 dental implants into predetermined spots within your jawbone at an angle to ensure optimal support.
Once placed, we’ll attach an abutment connector and set your temporary prosthesis on top. With this temporary set of teeth, you never have to go without your beautiful smile, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of your refreshed smile while your mouth heals.
Healing & Final Restorations
Over the next 4-6 months, your implants will integrate with your jawbone through osseointegration, forming a durable, solid foundation for your full mouth dental implants. We will place your hand-crafted final prosthesis during this appointment, ensuring the perfect fit and custom aesthetics are to your liking, such as tooth shade and how well it matches your gum and lip line. With proper at-home care and regular checkups, your implants have the potential to last decades!
